Supine
Description
A restorative pose typically practiced at the end of a yoga session to allow the body to rest and integrate the practice.
Instructions
- Lie flat on your back with your legs extended and arms by your sides, palms facing up.
- Allow your feet to fall open naturally.
- Close your eyes and relax your entire body, including your face and jaw.
- Breathe naturally and let go of any tension.
- Stay in the pose for 5-15 minutes.
