Description

A restorative pose typically practiced at the end of a yoga session to allow the body to rest and integrate the practice.

Instructions
  • Lie flat on your back with your legs extended and arms by your sides, palms facing up.
  • Allow your feet to fall open naturally.
  • Close your eyes and relax your entire body, including your face and jaw.
  • Breathe naturally and let go of any tension.
  • Stay in the pose for 5-15 minutes.
